This customer heard about TRC Pressure Washing on Next-door, they called us wanting the house, gutters and patio cleaned. We started the cleaning by soft washing the house with our specialized cleaning solution. To go into detail about why we use soft washing, soft washing is a lower pressure wash that insures no damage to more delicate surfaces such as your home and roof. Soft washing allows you to remove mold, algae, mildew, dirt, and other contaminants from a surface, without using high pressure.

Once we finished the house we started on the gutters by spraying them with our special gutter cleaning solution. We then scrubbed them clean using a soft bristle brush. Prior to the gutters drying we spot treated any areas needing a second coat, repeating this process until the gutters looked perfect.

We then moved to the patio where we pre-wet and rinsed away any large debris. Then we surface cleaned the concrete to blast the majority of the smaller debris from the porous surface. Once the surface cleaning was done, we post treated the concrete with a special mix to further the removal of organics and to keep the patio cleaner for longer.
